Fair call. I try not to have too many of the same shape as that tends to get boring.
With powder coating you may have to find someone to cut the metal to desired shape or they may be sophisticated enough to have a computer aided laser cutter and a suitable sheet of flat aluminium to work with.

That top horn looks a little sharply pointed to my eyes. Are you planning to round off the edges on the areas you've modified?
Yep sure am I prefer to use the rasp for bulk wood removal - the rounding out will come with sanding (including the pointy top horn...)
