I dont think PRS rout in their nuts like on Fender Strats, so simplest form of removal is place a small wood block on the fret side of the nut and give a short sharp hammer tap towards the headstock. The block distributes the force across the whole nut, helping to avoid chipping it off , and gives you a bit more to aim at with the hammer - hopefully avoiding damage.
Simply insert the new nut _ clean up the cavity if needed. As for glue - some say wood glue, some say super glue, either way you only need a drop or two. Superglue holds well, dries hard and brittle - making it easier to remove by the above method if you ever need to again.
