    Hi Rafael,
    welcome to the forum. I can think of 2 blokes that have or are building the ES-V5, try sending a PM to Dedman or AndrewOsborne.
    So if the pickup surround is not curved you will have to buy one or sand a curve in the supplied one if it's flat. I think string tension should be enough to keep the bridge in place but that's a guess. You will find out when it's strung up and tuned up. There is no way to shield the inside of the hollow body but you can reduce interference by using shielded wire.
