    Greetings from Michigan!

Just bought my first kit! Got a EX-4 Bass for myself, and a GR1-SF for a friend of mine. I'm pretty good at woodworking, so hopefully this should go pretty smoothly I've got some custom wiring planned and a few upgrades up my sleeve!

As far as the wiring is concerned, my game plan is to split the coils on both humbuckers using a 6-way toggle switch and replacing one of the volume pots with an extra tone. And yes I will definitely be starting a build diary once my kit gets here!

@Kick I'd be more than happy to share my wiring diagrams once I get them figured out. It also depends on whether or not the stock humbuckers can be coil split. If not I'll just install a standard 3 way switch and swap it out with the 6 way when I can afford better pickups.
