    wow 47 degrees and then rain that wouldn't have helped the neck.
    I would place the guitar on the edge of the workbench with the high side closed the edge, support the headstock and place a clamp around 5/6th fret and leave it clamped for at least 2 days. Don't put too much clamp tension on, just enough to visually straighten the neck. See how you go you might be able to twist it back to a straight neck, since you have already had a replacement neck

    Remember the high side will be the side with the strings lower to the frets.
    Also make sure the neck pocket is supported.
