Gorilla isn't the best glue to use as it's almost too good and you won't get the joint apart again if you ever need to. The excess expanded glue is also difficult to remove if you don't keep an eye on it and keep wiping the excess off as it keeps expanding for hours. Standard Titebond Classic red label is fine, more than strong enough and can be steamed apart or melted with a hot thin spatula.
Gorilla is good if you've got a broken neck with a significant amount of splinters missing as it expands to fill the cracks - and it's not a joint you would possibly want to undo.
