    I got the neck tapered today and I'll post pictures of the process tomorrow but I want to show you a little preview of what the body wings are made of.





    See if you can guess the wood! Hint: one of them isn't Aussie timber!

    beautiful grain in the wenge Simon, this will be a super sexy bass indeed. Lucky you are far enough away from the DB bass napper haha

    nice crocs mate, we just got 4 Aldi stores opened last week in WA, apparently the queues outside to get in were very long !

    How did you find sanding the Wenge? it seems very tough but rather splinter prone (at least my bits were).

    I am really looking forward to seeing how this one comes up with that combination of timbers!
