Had a really productive day today on this. One of those days where you start at 10.30 and suddenly wonder why it's getting dark and find its after 5pm.
Needless to say was so intensely consumed I didn't take a single picture. :P

Basically I built a ladder kind of affair inside the frame in the previous posts .Made from the same timber as the outer frame it has cross bars with cutaways where the bridge and pick ups mount and at the back of the neck. I put the front ply on first which still allowed me to use a jigsaw to cut out the pick up holes. I had one major set back. I had intended to use my dremel to route out a recess for the ply top and bottom to sit in. However the genuine Dremel brand router accessory was completely craptastic and flexed so much as to be useless. So the ply just got bradded and glued on top. Anyway I smothered it in timbermate after a quick sand, will work on the neck tomorrow.
