    excellent Dedman, first thing to check is your output jack is wired correctly.
    Make sure the outside lug of the volume pot is earthed and no stray wires are touching another lug or wire on both pots and the 3 way switch.

    I never knew you could remove the ashtray Dedman, that's a cool feature

    don't forget to empty the cigarette butts when you put the ashtray back on haha

    Good job deddy on kickin the cigs, if the health reasons aren't good enough the cost at the moment surely is! For each 10 packets you don't smoke you can buy a new kit!

    Pulled the switch panel off today and started over with a different wiring diagram and now everything works. Vintage Toneriders sound awesome.

    So... final pics, as you can see I decided to use a DB approved strap

    is that a Triumph Thruxton 900 ? hows does it go ? is it a twin cylinder ?
