Not good mate, i go 2/3 water to 1/3 ColorTone to get what i was after and the bottles are undiluted 2 Fl Oz, i have used not even a 1/4 bottle each of the Cherry and the Red Mahogany to do the whole 12 string, so i have used 15ml even a bit less.

Hey Tony, clearly the stuff Pabs and myself are referring to were severely watered down versions of what you may have on hand and presume you bought it direct from the States?Originally Posted by tonyw
My J Bass is coming along how I would have expected Color Tone Cherry Red to be straight out of the bottle yet had to experiment with other stuff to bring it around to somewhat decent enough colour to use.
