    Im using wire to ground the pots because the lugs are too small to bend onto the pot. Whoch is a huge pain in my behind atm!

    Got her finished and rougly set up, the nut slots need to be filed down i wonder if i can do that myself?

    Electronics work great and the pickups sound like nothing ive ever had before. I'm surprised by the quality of the stock pots and tuners, the selector switch feels low end and the fastening nut thread doesnt fit very well.

    I will tale the time to make better pictures and record a sample.

    Such a cool looking guitar Joe. The handpainting has almost inspired me to get out the brushes! (its been about 3 years since I last painted anything). The maple neck really suits the build too. so cool. I understand what you say about 10's rather than 9's, but the Ernie Ball 9's are quite good. That being said I just snapped my high E

    Thank you i will try to get some daylight pics this weekend. There's nothing wrong with the quality of the stock string i just like a thicker gauge on a les paul.
