    Wokka's gold tele

    I wasn't sure if I'd started a build diary but this is a tele I got from the August sale. Saw some gold paint in a shop and thought better try it.
    It's got 2 coats of clear and unfortunately it's dulled the gold shine down.
    Got a mirror gold pickguard cut by Pablo and a gold hardware upgrade.
    Still got a fair bit of work to do on the neck.
    I also have a gold mirror control cover to put on, the one in the photos are the gold plate from the hardware upgrade

    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
    Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in
