    Yep, as per above, I'm assuming the switch works like this:

    Across the 5 positions:
    1+6 -> 7
    1+2+5+6 -> 7
    2+5 -> 7
    2+3+4+5 -> 7
    3+4 -> 7

    If your pickups are a mix of different manufacturers then there's a chance you could have some phase issues, and/or not get hum-cancelling combinations when the bridge is split. But, that can usually be solved by swapping the way the humbucker is connected or its coil ordering.

    Now, as payment we need you to dress as the princess, re-enact the above scene and post the video here...
