I used a brad point drill bit to so that I could align the point in the exact center of where I wanted the hole to be. Here's what a brad point looks like:
Have not tried it on the ES body yet, but it worked pretty well on my test piece. The tolerance on this bridge is very small, so I had to get it right...and it seems to have worked...
