bit the bullet this morning and glued the neck in. I figured it would be easier to line the bridge up if its in and make the finich look more seamless from body to neck
I've made a crude neck suport so i can do work on the neck with the body attached
first ever fret job, so far all good

had a trip to jatcar today got a dpdt on off on mini toggle switch, also found a 1 meg mini pot i dont know if this would work as a vol but keen to to try for 3 bucks

Thread length can be an issue when body mounting smaller pots and mini-switches, rather than using a scratch/control plate. Better to do some tests on scrap wood matching your control cavity’s thickness before committing, just in case.

Yep mini switch has long enough thread, the pot i will have to make some sort of Washer out of black plastic wich i dont think will look too bad since I'm only doing 1 volume pot and no tone
