Dumb question time.... There is a lot of room to move the duel humbuckers around in the cavitys. I have both e strings on is it as simple as having the same about of gap out each side of the string and 90 degrees to the neck ?
Not a dumb question but yes, it's that simple. Have the strings running over the pole pieces as evenly balanced as possible, and get them 90° to the neck/strings and parallel to each other.
