If it was something like an original 70's Music Man Electric Guitar ( they actually played them early in their career), it'd probably be worth a bit.

The guys at ACDC were kind enough to sign the guitar to help raise funds to send home to their families the bodies two construction workers that died in Perth when they were crushed by concrete...

Might be worth a bit of money, have you thought about getting the guitar appraised?, if it is something like a genuine 1961 Fender Strat it could be worth a fair bit.
It's a store bought Squirer, worth a few hundred bucks without the signatures, but should be much more with the signatures?
Hi Gavin, if it's in the USA most real autographs are registered with either PSA DNA. If is not verified by them be careful there's so many faked instruments. If t is verified. You can then ask for psa dna number and contact PSA and DNA they will tell you exactly what the item is where it was signed. Good luck hope it's a beaut.

If you want and indication of what they would go for in the US there is a place called Rock Star Gallery that sells authenticated signed guitars and other memorabilia. The offer you had is probably in the ball park.
