    neck pocket wiggle

    during the mock build of my kit i noticed the neck pocket in my kit has a bit of wiggle room, and when i set it completlely in line with the pickup cavity there's a small angle that leaves a space between the pocket and the neck

    is this OK?
    should i insert some sort of shims there to keep is steady?wood fill the space?

    Wouldn't worry as that is such a small gap and you may need it later on if neck to bridge alignment is not spot on.
