    Best Option - Pickup and Neck Alignment on Multiscale

    Hi All, i have a feeling this may have come up before but can't find it in the forums. Just wondering what the best option is for the issue below. Basically the pickup route for my multi scale matches the pickups perfectly (both do) but it doesn't match the angle of the end of the fretboard.

    I see 3 options:

    1. Just leave it with a wedge shaped gap between the neck pickup and the fretboard;
    2. Try and alter the pickup route, but then it won't line up with or match the bridge pickup;
    3. Cut and angle the end of the fretboard to match pickup and pickup route angle (this would remove the nice black binding on the end of the fretboard).

    Thoughts?

    Edit: Also noticed the two pickups have different numbers in the bottom, 9.5 and 10.5? Anyone know what that means and how to tell which pickup is for the neck or are they both the same?
