    Custom Shop Update

    We will be suspending the Custom Shop service, hopefully temporarily. This Notice, placed on our Custom Shop, explains the reasons. A regretful, but necessary, decision

    Important Update

    Due to Factory staffing shortages, material shortages, Quality Control issues, plus the upcoming, extended Chinese New Year break, we will be suspending our Custom Order service from December 16, until further notice.

    In the New Year, Pit Bull Guitars will review the above listed issues and, if conditions have improved to our satisfaction, we will reinstate our popular Custom Order service.


    Please note: Custom Orders already placed, or placed and paid for by December 16, will not be affected and will be shipped to you when we receive and check them.


    Please also note: due to dramatic increases in Airfreight costs (almost tripled during the pandemic), we are no longer able to offer the faster "Air" option; only the Sea Freight option. As such, all new Custom Orders placed before December 16 will be due for delivery to you in February or March 2023.

    Hope it comes back soon. The "Jazz Bass" profile neck that I got from you has rapidly become my favorite neck. I can certainly understand why you need to shut this down for a bit, but hope it comes on line again soon in 2023!

    got a confusing one my order was placed on December 16 and processed on the 18th so will i get my order
