Thanks Dave, It didn't sound too bad at all despite the Metal Zone and the 20watt Orange. Most of the riffs I haven't played for decades, surprised I remembered them at all.

Thanks Churchie.
Thanks Andy40 not sure where the idea for the talking headstock came from but once I thought of it I just had to do it.

Congratulations Sonic Mountain and Ozzbike, both brilliant, Ahzcay great artwork and build.
Thanks Wazkelly, the bit of wood on the back of the headstock is to fix a problem I inadvertently created in the sanding process.
Thanks Andrew
Thanks Fretworn
Just a bit Frankenwashie, I like doing stills but am usually doing video and audio recording and post.

ESPM 1 No mods. The body finish doesn't look great there's a few marks left by the clamping on the back of the neck and front of the headstock. Other than that it's okay, not too fancy but plays...
Thanks Bakersdozen
It's finally finished, A few mistakes but overall a reasonable player so I'm happy about that. I didn't do a great job of the finish but I still like it. There's a couple of marks where the clamps...
Some good advice so far. Tony's suggestion, change the springs, I would suggest using 4 instead of 3. From Simon, Fit a string retainer, I've never seen or worked on a Floyd without one. Check Dr...
I can probably answer most of your Floyd questions, I have two Floyds and an Edge. The Gelvin video suggested by Adam, gives a good overview. Good luck sounds like a great project.
Slow going still, I have now stained and finished the neck, lots of insignificant stuff has slowed the proceedings but now ready to put the two parts together so either this W/E or next the neck...
Thanks Waz,
It's Mahogany. I'm really liking your build collection, some stunning instruments there.
Got the kit quite a few weeks ago, read the manual and watched videos til it arrived. Did a mock build then started sanding, sanding more sanding and then bit more sanding, probably didn't do enough...

Thanks Andyxlh, underway but taking it slow so as not to make mistakes.
Thanks FrankenWashie, good to be aboard, while there's been a DSLR or GoPro pointed at me all the time so far, I haven't done any stills, I've seen quite a few of the builds so far and you have some...
Thanks blinddrew, sure there will be questions at some point.
Thanks Fretworn
Thanks Dedman, don't know about under control, The manual is excellent and with the videos all questions have been covered, so far it's all been a lot of fun.
