Yeah, that fretboard beyond the nut really kills it for me.
Welcome aboard!
I'm super keen to buy a multi scale kit, though I don't know that I have particular requests.
6, 7 or 8 string would interest me, but I'm definitely not a fan of the straight bit of fretboard...
Welcome! Look forward to seeing what you do with it
One step ahead of you! ha ha.
I bought a few chisel tips at the same time, as everyone seemed to recommend them. I got some extra stock tips too, because it's a good size for pedal PCBs.
Welcome, Ingrid!
Agreed, headstock looks great!
Have managed to organise a whole set of tubes for Xmas, which is exciting. I still need the transformers and a few other odds and ends before I can start the build, but on track to start mid-Jan when...
I'm curious about pickguard cutting tools too. I haven't done a huge deal of research but it seems like it would be very handy to have total control over pickguard options.
Build looks great!
Good thinking McCreed

I totally dig it.
Happy birthday, and great present!
I totally forgot I'd ordered and received this kit! Just goes to show what a year it has been.
Keen to get started on it, but will finish my amp build first. Next year I'm hoping to get through...
Welcome, and look forward to following your build!
Looks great!
Just put in an order for some more parts, so am updating the running cost:
$120 for the chassis
$41 for tonnes of wire and resistors
$80 for capacitors
$47 for turret board, stand offs,...
Oh, bugger! I wonder what caused that?
Good to know - I'll check them out!
Yeah, this is great!
Ok, cool. Thanks guys!
I should have pointed out that I wasn't planning to use them for the amp build, because I want to remove any possible sources of error (to hopefully keep trouble shooting to...
Oof, that is expensive. I feel like transformers are going to provide a world of intrigue and wallet emptying in the near future, ha ha
Does anyone have any idea whether it's possible (or even advisable) to salvage old sockets? Or how to clean them?
I have a friend who has an incredible ability to find old electronics, and he...
Cool! Look forward to pics/sound demo
