All I can say is I have the same kit and the same bleeding. As I apply the Dingotone it is less apparent.

I see that at the Pitfall shop there are 2 neck stain colours mentioned, Acacia and Bloodwood, are either of these similar to the colour you see on old maple necks or if not is there a Dingotone...

Has anybody worked on a TL 1Q kit? I'm a bit nervous about sanding the maple top as it's only a mil thick at the best
The instructional vid doesn't actually tell me what the final coat [ bottle 3 ] does, - "please explain? "
With Dingotone [ I've watched the vid's ] if you just wanted a hint of colour, for the kit to look old say can you put on the first bottle stain coat maybe 1 coat and then go to bottle 3 the finish...

Which of the Dingotone red's would be the closest to Wudtone's "Carmine Gypsy"?

I intend to by the Tele kit with the maple top and binding then stain . Will the stain wipe of the binding if some accidentally got on it? Secondly what should I use on a Maple fretboard to get that...
