Rushed a couple of steps but feeling ok:

Cut headstock shape (about 50% pig's ear, 50% happy) and both neck and body front & back have had a 1500 sand. Very smooth, very happy...!

Tiny bit of sanding with 180 on the sides of the neck pocket and the neck fit is much better.
Either the wood adjusted to the house conditions or its the awesome power...
