Summary of sequential order of the build?

Maybe a real quick summary somewhere just after the introduction and before the detailed information e.g:
1. Sand
2. Paint/stain
3. Wiring
4. ........

(or the correct order if this is not right?)

Being a newbie, I am getting confused with the neck work and what to do first?
- Do I level the frets before stringing up or after? Not sure whether the tightening of the strings and change of the bow will change the frets levels etc.
- Do I tighten the truss rod before or after stringing?
- Do I check action before or after intonation?
... etc. ...

Might be worth adding a clause "This is just a summary, please make sure you follow the detailed instructions that follow before starting any work on your kit". (or similar)

I think it would be a useful reference tool?
