Good work mate, your first is always the most nerve wracking.
The key is to get your template bang on and then it’s just follow the lines. I tend to do the ridiculous measure fret by fret from the nut version.

That's coming along great woltz!
I haven't checked in on this build for a while. Body looks fantastic. Can't wait to see it with some colour!

I ran out of super glue so I'll have to duck down to the shops so I can glue in the fret dots and then the next step is carving the neck.
Awesome stuff.
Man, that looks great!
Cheers guys.
I just glued in the mop fret dots and couldn't resist a cheeky mockup with some of the hardware. I know from wiping spirit on the yaka in the past that it'll be quite a bit darker once clear coated so the gold hardware should look good.

Ooh lord that’s PURTY!
Woltz! The match of the grain on the body is perfect! Love the dark line on the middle of the fretboard. Nothing not to like :-)!
Thanks guys. I'm pretty happy with how it's coming out. You always wonder whether the image you have in your mind will actually look good once it takes shape. I'm super nervous about carving the neck and stuffing it up now haha.
