Hello From The Philippines

Hi guys,

I'm glad I saw this site. I just finished my first kit (non-pitbull) and I was hoping for some tips on finishing/electronics and whatnot.

I never thought I'd ever do this but I had so much fun that I think I'm going to look at kits first before I checkout built guitars.

I built a headless Ammoon. Similar to a Pitbull headless only more basic.

I was originally looking for a 7 string headless. Like Strandberg.

I don't think I did but apparently, my username is getting quite popular.

Bummer because apparently there's also a band with the same name and so I need to change my own band name. I already had a logo and everything. Haha oh well

Haha!

Well, 8 is my favorite number and when was looking to make a name based on it, Lives left seemed like the natural thing to add. It rolls off the tongue easily.

But, if we want to go deeper, my family went through some turmoil a few years ago (like all families do), and things kind of drastically changed and it feels like I left that life behind and I'm living a new life or a new phase.

The cat metaphor comes from the old days when guys used to call other guys "cats." hehe

But alas, I have to change the name...
