NGD - (another) Fender Strat

I have a problem.... but I do love a bargain!
So I snapped up this USA made Fender strat!

The guy had it advertised as a 1999 American standard strat in Aqua Marine metallic.
Once I got it in my hands I started to question a few things about it, there was no doubt that that it was a fine instrument, and legit... so I pulled it apart.

After gathering evidence (neck dates, body routes, capacitors, ect ect, it actually turns out this is a very early 90's strat! which would make it Gun Metal Blue, It's so quintessentially strat sounding as well, I'm a happy camper!

Not bad for less than $1000.

Bargain!

@ zeromick She's a real nice one, I like the colour of the finish, I'm going to be making the fourth payment on my new Fender USA Strat on Tuesday next week, then I'll only have three more payments to go till I can take it home and show it off.

Precisely, especially when I plug it into my Marshall amp and crank it up, I'll be able to exact my revenge on my noisy neighbors....lol.

snagged this 62 reissue for an absolute steal! not sure if i'll flip it or have my fun with it and stick it under the bed??...

well are you going to post a pic of the whole guitar or haven't you received it yet ?
