I'm not sure if anyone suggested this, but I saw an ES-125 in my copy of 1001 Guitars To Play Before You Die and thought we MUST have one.
I think the factory did a great job with this one.

kit looks great Ads, some special grain on the rosewood neck ! Body looks pretty damn sweet too. I could imagine how this looks in Dingotone. Maybe handball on to DB to build, he doesn't have enough on LOL !

Well, I had this neck mini humbucker (fits in a P90 route) left over as I had to buy a pair to get the bridge one for my JR-1 so it needed a home, yea, that's my excuse.
The perfect excuse! I'm going to use something similar to justify a P90 set (oh I can use one in an LP-Jnr and one in this!)

I haven't attempted a build since we started in '12, but am very tempted by this one. Spare time is the only hurdle (well, that and my cr@ppy skills).
I do have a couple of pretty handy Luthiers around if I need to call for help.

I'm going with something more like this...I think, or a Dark green burst similar in tones to the Jr-1 as they with both have similar fittings and pickup

This guitar reminds me so much of the Epiphone Century made first in 1939. if I hadn't bought the electro acoustic GR-1SF I'd love this. This guitar has been made re-popular by the success of James Bay's Chaos And Calm. If you've not heard it check out the sound on this track https://youtu.be/GsPq9mzFNGY. They made two different headstocks supposedly the one with the smaller headstock sings like a bird. Maybe I'll get one later with a nice P90 on. Nice kit love it. Great job Adam look forward to seeing your build.

Haha, DB don't forget you will need a hard hat, a fire extinguisher, crow bar, jaws of life, steel and flint, and a pre booked session with your psychiatrist (same one you use for ES wiring), who knows how Adam will handle this since it isn't Tele shaped....Quote:
