was amazed at the quality of this kit when i open it up, everything was done top notch, neck has been sanded, finalised with fine grit paper, headstock reshaped in gibson style, front head stock wood burn design traced. what do you think so far? follow my post for build update

HI what grade of steel wool do you use to polish the fretboard? It feel a bit rough, can I use clear stain to make it smoother?
0000 grade steel wool generally should be fine - go with the grain - try not to take too much off. Some LemOil or DingoWax should be fine for the fretboard, but I'd try to avoid some of the other stains / waxes - anything that "sits" on the fretboard will end up on the strings...

Did a bit of wood burning on body tonight, very exhausted
Used the wrong stain for the headstock bUT I end up liking it looks aged a bit messy
Got the stain from bunnings oil based I think, this sh#t is sticky as hell haha, I going to school on Wednesday to borrow their jarrah stain to finish the rest of the guitar off
Yo haven't been productive today, just sketched two dragons on the body took me ages, I don't have any templates it's free hand

would like to thank Mr. Adam for a grover tuner replacement, one of the tuner was faulty upon inspection but now problem is solved
