We recently ran a poll on our Facebook page asking people what strings they use and Ernie Ball Super Slinkys were the clear winner.
So... we now have our stock and will be including a set of these with every 6 string kit, instead of the Generic PBG US Strings. They cost a bit more than the generics but I think it is worth it.

Pinky Slinkies, good stuff but might be a bit light on a short scale like an LP, Jag etc

Hey guys, don't forget, if you take any unopened pack of strings to your local store, you can swap for your preferred gauge. All good music stores do this.

Good call! I personally have always used the Ernie Ball Regular Slinky Steings (the .10's)....but I've been a proud Ernie ball user since I was 12 years old...and am glad to see that they're included with the kits!
