Noice burst, Jrod.
Cheers DB. Just that painful cure time for Nitro. I remember the fast cure for acrylic used to be great. But Nitro is a much thinner finish.
Beuty of my current stains is I can just mix them into the clear or the vinyl sealer.
That makes life sooooo much easier.
Currently working on doing the same with DT stains.... Fingers crossed!
Sweet Jarrod!
I have heard that a hot box (around 35degrees c) that has the air moving speeds up the cure time..
Next on my long list of things to try :)
Mmmm could work. The air flow is the important part there as nitro does cook and hates still heat. Although 35degs isn't too hot.
Cheers Brendan!
Im away at the moment but I shall investigate when I'm home.
Loving the Neb's!!
Cheers Gav, this is my flat body with thru string.
looks awesome Jrod, nice burst and good to see you build an axe for yourself !
oh that flat body is so nice, this is a great line Jarrod, very nice
Cheers Guys. Up to now I have only made one flat body for myself and well that was nearly a year ago. The contored body has been much more popular.
You could take an eye out with that thing Jarrod. Which would be a shame because it is a thing of beauty.
