I'm planning a few major alterations to this guitar (once we get past my daughters 18th birthday and Christmas), so this may be the only time I get to record the stock guitar.

Very cool
It was recorded direct to Cubase via a Yamaha Audiogram 6 interface. The jazzy track was probably clean. I also use the Studio Devil British amp model and a cabinet model that I can't remember where I got it from. I don't have access to a space where I can mic up an amp for recording, But for what I do I get good results from software modelling.Quote:

Some very typical Tele-ish sounds there from the phat neck to the sharp bridge. Excellent!

Seeing the great work people do in finishing the guitars is nice, but usually we build them to play so it's really nice when we can hear them being played as well. it's encouraging for us newbies to know that great sounding instruments do come out of these kits.
