The neck is very good on first inspection. I am pleased with the workmanship on that.
As far as the body goes, there is a ding near the output jack hole (which I can fill easily).
There is a weird bump in the side at the top where it seems it has been routed imperfectly. That's the only way that I can describe it. I think could sand it out normally, but the binding has also been effected as a result. I think that if I try to mess with it too much, I may damage the binding. It's annoying as I can't really pick any other faults with the body, it is really impressive. Nothing else really needs attention at all. I don't think it will require too much sanding and the quilt looks great. It even has a belly cut!
BTW, I did kinda look like that dude today Dedman! LOL

Always wanted to see a close-up pic of the neck and body of these MM-1Q kits ever since they became available, they look nice, will have to order one for myself soon.
