Welcome Paul, you must be in WA to get a kit that quick :p

Welcome Paul.
Geez, Express Post isn't that good in this part of the country.
Hope the DT Bondi Blue turns out the way you expect as most builds seen so far have looked like faded denim and not a lot of depth of colour.

welcome Paul, enjoy the fun

Welcome along Paul - don't be afraid to ask any questions you may have!

Hi Paul, great stuff mate. a PRS in Bondi Blue sounds great.
-
Thanks all!
Yep I am in Perth hence the quick delivery - very rare for us here in WA!
Yeah the Bondi Blue pic on the site doesn't look a deep blue, but I was hoping the more coats I apply the darker it will get... anyways all learning. I also have a Flying V kit to tackle, gone the Coolangatta Gold to get a Korina type colour...
I know there are lots of vids on here, is there one where it take you from Step 1 to final guitar?
Cheers, Paul.

Hi Paul,
welcome to the forum. There isn't a video that goes through all the steps but there are quite alot of video's on the Pitbull website but some are a bit out of date.
Let us know which part of the build you need some help/advice on.
When the kit arrives do a mock build to make sure all the parts are there and the neck fits in the pocket ok.
Get some sandpaper about 120 to 400 grit and next step is to start sanding the body and neck. You will have to shape the headstock too these come as a paddle and need shaping.
It will probably have a veneer ontop of the body so don't sand the veneer much as they are very thin and easy to sand though

Awesome thanks! The kit is waiting for me at the Post Office now.
