Up to date, neck is done and thanks to Wokks left over chunk of tree I managed to make a stunning fret board with mother of pearl binding. Going to leave this one without inlays (why spoil that beautiful wood).
Body is mahogany with a master grade flame maple 8mm cap. This is the third model in my little series and instead of all the curves and cut outs she will be old school flat body with MOP binding.

nice one Jarrod, glad you salvaged something usable in rest of the blank, that neck pocket engraving is way cool, might have to put one on the scratch tele with yours, DB's and my name on it. The PBG collaboration axe !

So we should do the engraving sooner than later as we have to clamp the body to the CNC, be in touch maybe coming weekend if that suits
I'm away on Thursday, can do it after the body is done it doesn't need any clamp force to engrave
