Yes, if you truly want to relax, Zen-out, meditate, etc, then there's no substitute for sanding, my friends, it's the ultimate.....hahahaha.

haha no worries Doc but I bet if you had built about 60 odd guitars the joy of sanding (what an oxymoron haha) wears off pretty quick !
