Looking great Woks. Love the colour and grain definition on the body.
I have just received a DB Bone nut a week or so ago and suggest running the string back & forth in the slots to drop the height so that there is a bit more holding them in place on the sides as they are quite shallow slots and I had the A string popping out on open notes. Hope to get to that final setup job later today or during the week as it will be quite a delicate job and require lots of concentration to make sure none of the strings get too low.

Got a rough video recorded, the gopro struggles with too much noise. still on L plates on finger picking

I find that on bass nuts, you can normally use a round needle file to deepen the slots, followed by going up a few grades of fine grit sandpaper to smooth them off.

Hey Woks, isn't it a great feeling when you get to play a freshly finished axe and it sounded good too.
-
Cheers Waz. Sure is rewarding when it's finished and making noise

You have so many, surely some would be feeling a bit neglected?
I only have 10 and there are a few of them that haven't been out of their case or gig bag so far this year.
It's always the newer ones that you seem to gravitate towards.

Hey Waz. Yes so many axes are covered in dust with rusty strings. So many of them still need tweaks. Oh well will get around to it one day.

Nice one Woks it has the JB sound! Don't turn up the amp too much - being so close it'll blow your ear drums out :)

Haha cheers Ponch I'll keep that in mind
