Finally caught up on this build and love your work Nitro.
How does it sound with those super hot PUP's?
Know what you mean as I have a couple of previous builds that have developed minor wiring gremlins that need some attention when i can find the time.
Yea thats it, ive got my SG-2 that desperately needs some nut refining, but it all seems too much of a bother and to find the time to take it to pieces to fix it but i know i must, sigh.
Update...loosened up the strings on my SG-2 tonight and removed the nut to give it some work...haha, talk about the power of suggestion.
Good to hear you were sufficiently motivated. I have too many other things on the go preventing me from getting around to doing anything on those prior builds. Maybe later in the month could be something to aim for.
Wiring diagram completed at last. I think I've got it right, might need an expert to give it a once over.
A slightly modified version of the standard one. Instead of a strangle switch ive used it for an on/ off switch for the humbucker.
The lower 3 switches have been wired as 1) master volume 2) treble cut tone 3) bass cut tone. These are generally referred to as G&L Style PTB Tone Stacks.
Everything else is standard Jaguar wiring.
