I will try and get a sound clip done, it's really very impressive.
Time to break out the Mac.

All right a little progress but no sound yet,
I broke out the Marshall JTM-30 to do some recording and it started to make alien noises.
If you have ever owned an Alpha Romeo car you will understand my love hate relationship with this amp.
I pulled the f#%##%er apart resoldered the tube sockets and a couple of sus solder joints, cleaned the jacks ( deoxit 5 )
Wacked it back together and Bobs your uncle, good as new :-)
The buzz at the 12 fret finally got to me so I gave that end another dressing, much better now.
I'm hoping to get something on the net soon for you to listen to?
sounds good Bruce, sounds like the axe is almost there
The JTM 30 does the best clean fender sound around, the dirty channel is a bit farther.
The design is more for Iceland than Aus, the horizontal power tubes vent into circuit board and that vents.... Well nowhere.
Apparently the solder they used in making this was 'bad' so dry joints are not uncommon.
Then there are the spade joints on the standby switch, and the cheap jacks that tend to corrode.
BUT the sound!!!!!!
And yes I had an Alpha Sprint, there's nothing like having to hold up peak hour traffic while you roll the fuses so the idle circuit works LOL

Fourteen guitars one mandolin one cigarbox guitar, bass amp (1970's) acoustic, JTM 30 and just for sanity a fender mustang III.
