Thank you all for your advices. I also noticed that the fretboard has a lot of scratches along the fretboard and some kind of straight mark (machine marks perhaps?)... In order to deliver this guitar as clean as possible, my question is:
- Considering the scratches along the fretboard and the cracks previously discussed and also the damaged fret, what method should I use to solve this mess?

If it were me I'd probably pull the frets, give the board a re-radius and use some of that wood dust to fill the cracks with CA. If you are careful you can re-use the frets, but fret wire is reasonably cheap so either or. That slightly wonky fret can probably be rescued as well. It's not as daunting a job as it sounds. It's nice to have a caul, but you can use a soft mallet to tap them in. Then level and dress and it should be fine.
I did get also an ebony neck with some slight cracking in it as well. It hasn't affected playability and with repeated oiling the cracks are much less noticeable now.

Rickenbacker does lacquer on their fretboards and that is what i would do to seal cracks and level things off. Gloss or Satin finish is quite easy to achieve.

Hi everyone,
It's been almost two years. I still haven't finished this kit (ankle injury, covid, etc).
Trying to get back on track. I managed to finally resolve the crack. And guess what, the fretboard was enterely black. I've scraped it for cleaning and it appears to be exotic ebony I think. Enough talking, time for some pictures. At the moment I'm applying Crimson's Melamine Lacquer. It took 5 coats at this moment, will be curing for a week, sand down, and apply a few more... What do ya think?

Good morning everyone,
And here's an idea how the guitar looks with sunlight... I'll take more pictures outside later.
Kind Regards,

That Melamine finish is super glossy. Once levelled and polished, it should be like a mirror.

I love the colour. As McCreed says, once flattened and polished it should be fantastic.
