That's why they invented danger tags, when I work in the blast furnaces at BHP they would send a car for you if you forgot to remove it. (Not a good thing)
Had a fellow worker who put danger tags on a heap of machinery once.
He then went on a four week holiday to Europe.
That caused a few dramas.......
