yes, yes they are "colour" photos.
I've just got to level the remaining MOP inlays and level the frets, set the nut height, string her up and intonate!
Oh before that i gotta find the time.
That is looking the business right there. Very Schmick ;)

Not the Sienna Burst that it started out as but.....it is the ebony timbermate/rosewood stain that I love.

Well done Andy looks awesome!
Love that color Andy it almost looks like a transparent candy apple red.. fantastic job.. I started sanding the pbh-4 last night and sanded from 8-11:30 and this morning my arm is feeling it. Glad to see your build complete. What's next?
Looks great Andy.
Just wondering if you are a rosewood fret board only man as I cannot recall seeing you do any with a maple board?
Cheers, Waz
Bravo Andy, well worth all the effort
Another top shelf effort from Andy. Well done.
Really nice Andy, liking that rosewood stain.
Thanks guys. I really love this guitar. working out a couple of tweaks then might do a vid.
@ Waz - yes mate you are spot on. I don't really like maple fretboards. CITES has my days numbered though.
@Drummerdude - good to hear that you love sanding so much. my mantra - 30 days of sanding for kits (or at least 30 sessions of sanding)
Whats next....
I'm in the middle of a JBA-1 build
after that.....semi-scratch build
Beautiful work Andy.
Looking closely at the pics of the back, just near the E6 ferrule is something that looks very much like the remnants of a Australia Post postmark ;) :D
Żour guitar is posted on the BYOG Facebook ;) Great axe man!!
