All blue. A lot harder than I thought and not perfect like how I imagined it but it’s my first scratch build so I’m letting myself of a little

Might need to give it another coat if you want to even out the shade of blue and add a bit more on the lightest parts.
What do you intend to use for the top coat? Something clear will retain the blue shade whereas oils may add a greenish tinge.
Actually pretty happy with the colour and shading. As for the final sealing/top coats I’m not sure. Because it’s oil paint I might go with an initial seal with a spray on poly then loads of wipe on poly.
Sounds like a good plan.
I really like it. Headstock mods are pretty impressive.
