So it's all together and it actually works! - Had my doubts.
I have a couple of small things I would like to do to it over the next few weeks.
Struggling with the intonation and some fret buzz (which is a bit frustrating)
The rundown:
Spalted maple top - many layers of Tru Oil
Rosewood truss rod cover and rosewood control plate
Bone nut from scratch
Walnut pick up surrounds.
Aged/trashed all chrome bits

Looking very nice indeed.

You can always angle the bridge if you need a greater (or lesser) range of adjustment for the intonation. If it's just the saddles that need moving on some strings, can you pull them put and move them to another slot on the bridge? They might need a dab of PVA glue to hold them in place without falling out if you manage to pull them out of the existing slot(s).
