bugger Waz, would have been good. I was in the shed....
Well maybe not a fender. Neck is done, 6mm abalone dots, headstock stickers, one coat of tru oil to seal the fret board, will do the rest of the neck with it as well. (yea I know , shouldn't TO a rosewood board but I'd stained it and wanted to seal that.

Body is ready for more black once the rain clears. Drilled all the mounting holes for stuff before the final coats.

I think it's just sanded back.

Hi Deddy, I should have contacted you anyways as I don't get down the Goldie much these days and would have loved to see some of your creations in the flesh.
Wouldn't be overly concerned about sealing a rosewood fret board as Rickenbacker have been doing it for years with much success plus it will help to keep the board looking nice and dark with as much shine as you want to dial in.

Strat is coming along, body is finished, the wiring tested and working. Still need to do the frets,nut and finally settle on head stock logo. I've sanded 2 off already LOL
