very nice work and a real shred beast of a guitar
Fitted some Gotoh tuners and bolted neck on today and fitted Hipshot bridge. Still to complete the body finish and tidy up the ferrules on the back of the guitar. Will hopefully have wired by end of next week and near completion.
Bloody hell the back almost looks as good as the front. Great work mate!
I am lost for words.
Very nice... Except for the slipshod bridge ;)
Looks amazing Tony!! That quilt came up beautifully and the shine on the back is superb. Great work dude.
cheers,
Gav.
I've just bought a resomax wraparound bridge got great reviews looks great too. Not sure if they do 7 string versions
Also the wilkinson wraparound gets good reviews and is a great price again not sure about 7 string options
Maybe worth a look though.the quilt on body and grain on headstock looks great
Always learning and having "DOH" moments- when one of the first things you do is knock the old nut off the neck and later on measure it up to get a bone one from DB, but don't actually check that the original was actually a correct fit for the guitar.
Now need to move the slot for High E in at least a mm.
So year and a half between posts on this and finally finished today.

Fully setup but wont stay consistently in tune at the moment. Will do a sound video when a) work out how to load. b) sort the tuning issue which may require new tuners.
looks fantastic, I hope you can sort that tuning issue
