I often use a set of artists acrylic paints to mix up and match the surrounding colour to help hide small cracks and marks. Nothing fancy, just a cheap beginner’s set from Amazon. I’ve never had a problem spraying clear nitro lacquer over the top. Just let it dry thoroughly first. Either that or a coloured Sharpie if I have one close enough in colour.

Bummer. I would see if Pitbull will send a tailpiece. If not, there is a good selection on Ebay!
