Totally barracking for you this month Andy, thats a fantastic save and a stunning result. NO offence to Stan's sisters LP, but you ought to have called this Bass Lazarus. Great job mate!

Off the back of Stan’s LP build I figured too much purple is barely enough so here’s my JB-4M kit!
The build diary is here, but these are the basics:
Stock JB-4M kit, with the shape modified to a more offset/Bass VI style. Finished with MTN94 RV-173 Ultraviolet rattle cans and clear coated with White Knight Crystal Clear Acrylic. Fitted with Jaguar style switch plate that acts as an on/off switch for each of the three jazz pickups (I bought two sets of cheap Jazz pickups with white covers off ebay), with each pickup having a dedicated stacked concentric pot controlling volume and tone. Custom cut pickguard, replica P-bass ashtray bridge cover over a knock-off Badass style bridge. Neck finished with Naughty Oil, and fretboard with Dingotone Wax. The thing I’m most pleased about is that it delivers on my original vision: to get a variety of tonal mixes between the pickups, although it’ll take me a while to dial in/get to know the best settings!

Andy that is an epic bass, such a great save. To think this was going in the bin - it's killer and love the little touches that have made it yours. Great build, well done
Chuck, great colour choice. Some great mods there, a bit of a wiring Odessy, but all the better for it. It looks amazing , you should be proud
Looks beautiful, that top finish. Love the purple
