Yeah, I can relate to all of that too. Just have a couple of projects to finish with the trickiest one being getting the CA Glue finish just right on my fretless bass conversion. Sanded ever so slightly through it again earlier today, and that was after a week where it was left to cure and harden up. Not a job for the impatient or faint hearted.
Still tweaking a few things on the Tele too whilst awaiting a 3rd bridge to arrive in the mail. Hopefully that finally sorts out the intonation issues.
Thankfully the weather forecast looks OK for spraying over the next few days in this part of the country.
Was going to spray..... 21 deg 81% hum.....errrrr no
Head down and bum at work so other than early showers didn't pay too much attention.
Gotta pay them bills some how.

I'll scuff sand and determine whether i need a third....my spray skillz are not too good.
primer looks good Andy, love your masking of the holes and F holes. What is the colour scheme for this one ? Hope the flame maple veneer wasn't very exciting to cover it up !
Was this a ES-1GT with the trapeze bridge or did you plug the tailpiece holes ?
EDIT think I can see the plugged tailpiece holes ?
Black black black Waz. Yhep this was the one with the stuffed veneer and plugged the holes ready for the frequensator trapeze
